Body and bath oil:

1. For a full bath:Add 1-2 capfuls of oil to the running bath water. Bathe for 10-15 minutes.
2. As a shower oil:Apply the oil to your damp skin after showering.
3. For daily care:Gently massage a small amount of the oil into your dry skin areas.

C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream:

1. After the oil has been absorbed, apply a thin layer of the cream to the itchy or irritated areas.
2. Massage the cream gently until it is completely absorbed by the skin.
3. Apply the cream 2-3 times daily or as needed for acute itching.

For optimal results:

1. Use both products regularly as part of your daily skincare routine.
2. If your skin is particularly dry or itchy, you can increase the frequency of application.
3. Be careful not to apply the products to open wounds or severely inflamed areas of skin.
